i was laying in a field and have a rash?

theres a rash on the back from laying in a field, is as small bumps and itch like hell! my back is completely pink .. It was dark, but I am pretty sure i was just tall grass on the left of my friend but said that the rash looks like poison ivy? I am very worried and I appreciate your concern, thanks.
