What are some other herbal remedies for tinea versicolor?

I have tried to Tea Tree Oil. It works quite well at bringing the eruption to down and maintenance of the infection spreading. Oregano Oil Tomé and that worked pretty darn good. The eruption began shrinking. But then I read somewhere that oil of oregano has an unknown level of neuro-toxins. I've been taking gel capsules only flaxseed oil and garlic in large quantities because that is all I have. They do not do a thing if I'm stressed! Dandruff shampoo dry my skin to the point of complete embarrassment. I was thinking about taking acidophilus to balance my digestive system, so infection can not live in the excess of sugar in my skin oil. What supplements / herbs have worked for you … not known long-term effects. No major side effects. No conflict with the herb St. John or Eleuthero. And it can be eaten? Any advice appreciated. Any questions about my diet or supplements, just ask. I'll edit in my response.

Well, tinea versicolor is caused by an overgrowth of fungus, so you would have to choose things that were fungi of the United Nations to use. Oil and oil-based products applied to the skin would be the last thing you want to do oil may actually stimulate growth further. There is an actual infection is an overgrowth of yeast, more or less. But it is not too much sugar live on your skin, you just do not exude sweat glucose. I know you specified herbal supplements, and you said dandruff shampoo made her skin dry, but have you tried Lotrimin cream or Selsun Blue? Also, you want to use strictly natural fiber clothing cotton, wool, linen, that sort of thing. Absolutely no synthetics or artificial at all. We also want to wash your clothes or with a chlorine bleach or oxygen to kill the yeast spores in the fibers of cloth, and then bake dry. Y one last thing I thought, you know the skin will take a month or longer to return to normal color after it has cured? The light / dark spots to be replaced by healthy cells in the skin in good condition, and that process takes at least 21 days. So its treatment may be working on the skin, and simply have not seen new yet. But honestly, if you've been trying all over aid against, may be time to consider taking an oral medication for the advantage in this. It is sometimes necessary to break the cycle and give the body a chance to regroup. If your jock has really taken root before starting treatment, it can simply be too large for the usual remedies to help. Just a thought for consideration. Once I had it under control, then the remedies could have a better chance of keeping them away.
