Skin rashes lupus
Do I have lupus?

I have a skin rash that is found in the stomach, arms and back. i was tested for autoimmune, my doc thinks I am negative, however I had an ANA of 1:160, the mixture pattern: homogeneous, speckled, and had an ESR of 4. I'm not sure if these values are good, or should I see a specialist?

You should consult a specialist. Lupus is difficult to diagnose. It is included in a larger umbrella of autoimmune disorders. Watch up the symptoms of lupus at www.webmd.com., What not to take the place of a visit to the specialist, but give you an idea of what to look for and questions to Ask the Doctor when you see him.
