What are the causes of a swollen stomach swollen with swollen lymph nodes and extreme weight?

I have been having swelling of glands / lymph nodes swollen symptoms including persistent cough itchy skin every day and in my lower neck, near my glands that turns red or when scratching a rash persistently. I have also noticed the extreme weight gain. I could never lose weight no matter what I do. I have a loss of appetite and feel too fulll meals faster, due to my enlarged abdomen and feeling bloated / swollen. What is going on with me / any suggestions?
