My four year old has a rash?

I took my 4 year old to the salon today after school, and had his court hair, blue tip gel (lava) and looks very cool. After her hair cut off my t shirt off to shake off any hair that I know how annoying it is and pica. I noticed a rash around his navel and down to its propagation bits. I asked if it itches, no – under the skin is not raised, has no temperature, has a runny nose cold but other than that is great. Hi, I'm an RN, and is almost impossible to diagnose a rash without seeing it. Many things cause rashes, some harmless and some not so harmless. My last eruption of 4 years of age was the result of strep and she had to have antibiotics. Call your doctor if the rash perists and have it looked. After all, it does not hurt to verify that it is hanging around.
