Is this anxiety or HIV?

I had unprotected sex about six weeks ago with an old friend and about a week ago I thought how stupid it was the decision. I started worrying about HIV and the next day my legs started to hurt. and before my body itches .. The itching has stopped bc i have been using dry skin lotion Aveeno .. AnyWho my legs started to hurt like growing pains .. Me gettin small eruptions, very tired (also a full-time mom to a 4 month old) but before he had unprotected sex was not feeling tired … I woke up and had a pain in the neck (thinking it was a swollen lymph node) but it was I think I slept on it .. bad, but now as the thoughts and me are worse Worrys whole body aches. Also, my vision has been blurred / dizziness all .. And sometime I get a tingling feeling in the feet and legs and hands …. so iam wondering if this is just anxiety / stress / depression or even the concern that I have HIV? help

Well, if you have HIV you do not see any sign that at least another 4-6 years. it takes time to show even nothing, but dosent damage to a blood test just in case. even if you do not have HIV (Which I have serious doubts), these are not the symptoms. sounds like you may have contracted a fungus / bacteria. eg, jock itch, yes, girls can get, if he had jock itch and touched the skin, then most likey what I have, which is only a mushroom, go to a hospital and have checked out ur eruptions, can be serious. but do not freak, just take it easy and get some medical attention immediately.
