What could be causing rashes on my skin?

I havent changed anything you use, but did recently and now its worse. First, beginning at the outer edges of my armpits and I have a cream that was cured. But now its everywhere except the face and feet. During the time he was the first eruption, I stopped using deodorant (I was using Crystal roll-on) and only used the cream. The allergist said he went to change deodorant, detergent and soap. Its after I started using Aveeno moisturizing bar that had it all over. I went to the doctor (a GP) and she prescribed Clarinex for five days. Oh, and when I was at the allergist, an allergy test and it came out negative in the 28 things that were being sought. I've been doing for the last two nights itching like crazy. I do not know how long I can take this.
