Need help understanding what is in my skin (pictures included)?

Sometimes when a wound heals the scar tissue that forms may be irregular and may be something called a keloid. I can not really tell by the picture if this is the case for you. If the bumps seem to be full of nothing, like pus or liquid, or the area around it is red hot to touch, then it is likely an infection. In any case, I would like to see a doctor about the situation. Keloids can be treated and, obviously, if it is of an infection or something more worrying would be better off under the care of a physician. My gut tells me it is a keloid will not hurt, but check to be insurance.
