CREST / scleroderma?

I have been diagnosed with Crest / or scleroderma. I'm just being addressed by the main symptom is high blood pressure lungs. My doctor is a pulmonary specialist and she says there is not much they can do so treat scleroderma symptoms. She says no Scleroderma going to kill me, but pulmonary hypertension will and that is why I am taking medication high pressure points. Does this seem right? Scleroderma is completely incurable? I diffuse and limited, but most of the internal damage. I am in stage IV. I think having all five of the CREST disorders, but questioned the Scleroderma. I made a quote a Rheumotologist but can not be seen before August 1. According to the research I've done, my body is making college too. Should I avoid additives collega in my vitamins?
