This is what I have heat rash or something else?

I have trouble uploading a photo major at this time what I will try my best to explain. Ago a few days I had a rash that resembled heat rash (it was a group of small red bumps on a patch of red skin) turn on my left forearm near the cuff of the sleeve at the elbow (I had my sleeves rolled up). Over the next twelve hours will be extended along the forearm and the palm of my hand. The next day appeared in my right arm more or less the same space on the right forearm and that the exact same thing, extending my arm to the palm of my hand and this morning started itching. Has not appeared anywhere else yet, so what I'm asking is if you think that I have is a rash or something else? Should I make an appointment for the doctor or just put some cream on it? You did not say where you are, if you are in the northern hemisphere could be a mild case the skin Winter eczema also known as "" you can try a cream for skin if no other symptoms. If symptoms worsen or other final go see a dermatologist. Coffee contains something (BTW no caffeine) which are worse so if you are a heavy coffee drinker, try cutting back.
