Skin rash from jewelry
Why do I get a rash when I wear metal jewelry?

Furthermore, it is not just reserved to jewelry, if the metal zipper on a shirt also has an inner liner of the same eruption. I can only use gold and silver number, which is annoying because they do not want to spend a fortune in jewels and if I could wear metal, I would. Anyway, I wondered why my skin causes the metal to react in this way. Is there any way that we could still use metal without getting a rash? Also, is there some aspect of jewelry Metallic that would not cause this reaction? I want to get some cheap jewelry that is not made of silver, gold, plastic, stone or glass. What are my options then, since it is metal out of the question too?

If you are allergic to one or more metals. The most common is nickel. You can wear necklaces and bracelets strung on elastic thread or ribbon. Some jewelry is advertised as "Hypoallergenic" which means they are less likely to trigger a reaction. If you can determine that the metal (or metal) give an eruption may be able to find jewelry that contains it. Try to see a dermatologist.
