Help HIV rash or something?

6 months ago had unprotected sex, I was tested once after the chambers and after my period of six months months and two are negative. The type is not known to have HIV, you just get a girl and she has proved Peggi and came back negative. But I prick the arm right now, it seems that dry skin but I notice some bumps, knocks boring, they are not red, my skin may be irritated? I have been under stress. The fur around it is white and flaky when put lotion on it's fine.
