Can anyone help me identify this rash / illness?

Well, I've had this thing on my arm for quite some time! (Maybe five months!) It first started as a kind of ringworm of the eruption, which had red bumps in a nearly circular pattern! My friend told me to put garlic in it, but dumb enough, I did and what made it worse! It then became a solid crust oozing as circular, oozing a clear liquid! after a while my skin has healed it, but now I get rashes reaccuring next to where the crust was little thing! Scabies is now a dark stain and the eruption is a lot of little red bumps that itch and Getts Getts a bit bigger when it's wet! Does anyone know what this is?
