Two weeks my baby has bad red / pink spots or rashes or pimples on your face? What I can do?

I'm really worried. I really want this face in a few days. She will have a dedication party soon and i dont want to take pictures looking their way. Or people asking for or making faces to the skin. Could sound crazy but it's my first child and I am very worried.

In the case of baby acne pediatrician told me to put hydrocortisone on it two times a day for a few days. It worked great for my daughter and was cured after a few days
