Are grapes hard to digest for young children?

My 20 month old AMA grapes, skins yet always end up in the movements your gut. Is this normal? Plus she has a little diaper rash, which has never been done before, even as an infant. Could be grapes?

To Anne H: How many children do you really? Grapes can not be difficult for them to digest, but if swallowing too fast without chewing properly, then you can see in their intestines. Peel, cut, and as another father said to use diaper rash ointment and clock.
