Weird bruises on her arm?

Hi all, in my PE class, we were playing volleyball. my arms / hands were really red by the end of the class of contact with the ball, and an hour later, I noticed these strange red-purple spots along the inside of my right forearm. They look like small bruises, but are defined instead of just the fading bruises do and theyre much smaller. They do not hurt … is look almost like a rash, but theyre definitely under the skin (or at least they arent raised) and theyre right where I was hitting the ball … what could these be?

The best thing to do is see a doctor. How big are the dots? Do not turn white or skin tone when pressed? There are some things could be. Does spots elsewhere in your body or just where there was some impact of the ball head trauma? How long you have had? could be http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petechial Petechiae or other related conditions. Consult your family doctor or a dermatologist if they persist longer than it feels comfortable.
