Looking for information on a gluten-free diet for a 2 year old with allergies to soy milk / – please advise!?

My 2yr. old son was diagnosed last year with allergies to soy and dairy products after he complained to his physician with chronic loose stools / Diarrhea and a rash around the mouth. We removed the milk / soybean, and he is very pleased to drinking rice milk. He has loose stools, however, and it gets worse from time to time. Almost never has a formed stool. The last day or so has been bad, the new one has eaten food that is Natural Ovens Bagels Brain. He tested negative to wheat, eggs and rice in prick test skin, but I wonder if he has developed some sort of intolerance to anything? What is best way to eliminate gluten from a young child? Remember he is already avoiding dairy products, soybeans, nuts and peanuts all (siblings have allergies). Help!

You are positive about the donuts were safe? Call the company? Could have cross contamination issues (as I'm sure you know). Mine are allergic to dairy products. Look for books at Amazon for gluten free, or go to a bookstore. I was at borders yesterday in search of a dairy cookbook new free, and the section had tons of gluten free books. I have found that the idiots "or" Dummies "books are very good and very easy understand. You can search and see if doing a book gluten. Good luck
