I have a rash or skin infection it is very sore and itchy and is in the leg / groin area, I think that gives every summer for some reason, but this itching is driving me crazy I'm using an antifungal cream, but not helping at all in any case I think it got worse, not improving their ads at all I think it may be spreading Please help me! I've been or doctor before all you can do is prescribe more cream that does not help, I really want to go as soon as possible but do not know what do
