what causes a rash in a pool?

I have been taking water aerobics and have been breaking out with a rash in this swimming past. Just wondering what can cause. In all other deposits that it was I never had a problem. There were also indoor pools. This is a private indoor swimming pool. The others have been kept by the companies and the two were for water therapy, a hospital maintained by the other two have maintained by compainies several places. I had no problems in their pools as indicated.

The chemicals are probably different from other deposits that have been entering and are susceptible to them.
