eczema, I scratched up ….. help!?

I have been suffering from eczema in the last two years … was quite under control, but has emerged as a fool of the past few months. I have tried steroids, creams, pills and anything and everything my doctor prescribed me but I feel that all medicines are making things worse. I wonder if anyone knows any other possible homeopathic / natural way to address my problem. my symptoms are: 1. me heat 2 stings like hell. I have trouble sleeping at night because of my itching 3. i have rashes and dry skin around my chest, stomach, upper and lower thighs, legs, mouth and around the hairline of my head. 4. exposure to sunlight for a long period of time makes my skin red and itchy then. advice to anyone and everything would be best natural remedies to try to relieve this. Geez people are not talking about type of steroids that make you hit home runs and stuff. NEWS (the kind that you rub on) steroids used to treat skin disorders such as eczema, psoraisis, and dermatitis.
