itchy skin causing rashes and hives …?

The palm of the hand w / the inside of the wrist was itching last Nite. Usually, i scratch a little and goes, but continued to itch worse and worse until the stupid ass and continued until it was zero burning. My skin began edging and raised me shock and began to swell. I ran in thinking of the cold water soothes the irritation that burned, but I put a little on it and then Cortizone about 30 minutes the irritation began dating. Since last Nite i zero does the same thing. I have had pityriasis rosea in the past that resembled the wide variety symptoms, but slightly choppy. This is much worse! I have no allergy to my knowledge. I wear acrylic nails, but they have been for the past six years w / no problems before …
