I have some sort of skin irritation rashless that feels exactly like being stung by a wasp every 10-15 seconds?

Located in a small patch on my sternum in the middle of my chest .. no rash or something to show for it, just a little dry. It has very bad spells (especially at night), where will feel just like a camping wasp sting on his chest and me every few seconds, which makes me cringe / gasp / etc. It is unbearable. I can not sleep because this at all, and nothing works to relieve it, Ive tried aloe, hydrocortizone cream, Benadryl, Benadryl, ibuprofen, aspercream, cream, Epsom salt, oatmeal bath, etc, etc. .. everything.
