Multiple eruptions ring on a guy?

I noticed a tattoo (high red rings) and rash on the back of the neck of a child who lives in my building. At first I taught it was a tattoo and asked the mother. She said she started as a rash dime size cents then grew to ring multiple eruptions. The strange thing is that the eruptions are in the ring within a ring and keep growing. The skin of the rings does not seem affected. They gave him some kind of cream, but to no avail. Then he went to a dermatologist and all they did was take the picture. No pain or itching. What could this be?

Hello Roberto, I really do not know what this is, but if you find out let me know. I have the same problem. I went to the doctor and I also received some cream that dosent work and now I have several sites that is starting. My wife thought it was ringworm at first, but the doctor took a sample and said it was a fungus, it was a rash. Now I'm puzzled. Please let me know what your neighbor finds out.
