Side effects? Please help!?

I've been taking clonazepam for about 8 months. I've been taking Zoloft for about four months. Recently I was diagnosed with a fixed drug eruption is a persistent rash on the skin that I had for months. I used the cream perscribed and was gone in a week. Now, even more recently, I've been getting very itchy around the world in my body. Almost to the point where raw scratch. I shower at least once a day. Nothing has really changed. Why Why all of a sudden I get itchy. I've been on these meds for months. Please help. Thanks I have a sleep disorder that has been taken care of clonazepam (oct.08). I starting to get itchy all over in the last two weeks. I've been doing the same things since December. I have to say the combination of drugs … but why suddenly? The drugs work!
