Red rashes, red spots on the skin.?

Well I'm calling on behalf of my brother. It is rare to have this "rash" of what I can say their opinion me and eruptions not only after a few days the rash or "points" if you get some "fans" down and the area is infected skin becomes dark and a little dark red in color. It lasts a few months rather than what I gather its not infectious as none of my family or friends have this symptoms, it is a disease "" I never seen before and only a few months ago, my brother began to notice. The area are mainly Rashed in the chest and upper body, but not the neck. Some points have started to go, but I think that more are spreading, states sometimes feels like itchy tingling burning sensation, but for the most part, says she's normal.

Sounds like it could be eczema or psoriasis. I have to go to a dermatologist. Unfortunately, there is no cure for any of these conditions, but under the care of a good dermatologist can be very well managed.
