I think I have food allergies, my skin is really itchy and I have a rash under the arms and legs. What should I do?

Am at home and can not go to the doctor at the time the rash is red and really itchy. What I can do in the mean time to stop the rash? Thanks What if I have Benadryl at home? Thanks for your responses.
