Skin rashes from amoxicillin
I think my son 2 years of age could have an allergic reaction to amoxicillin. What do you think?

My son started with fever the Sun, which was last week in May. The Sun I took him to hospital. The ER doc said his throat was so red, without a culture, the doc was diagnosed with tonsillitis. He was released on 125/5ml of amoxicillin three times a day until finished. Yesterday I took him to his pediatrician. She was very upset than ever the doctor of the emergency room all trials and it was assumed that he had tonsillitis and gave him a script for antibiotics. She believes that my son of my being young to have tonsillitis. This morning he woke up with light pink spots in the skin. All around her neck, back, chest, diaper area, and armpits. I called his ped doc but she was not now so I talked to another doc that said he has been taking amoxicillin for a couple of days and now if you are having a reaction would be been before. Sudamen thought that I have a rash or viral. My child still has the appetite, urine and bowel movements regular. It's only been acting a bad mood lately. Any comments ???????

I had a reaction to amoxicillin and had diarreha. We need to return it to your family doctor to be sure.
