Herpes outbreaks are not funny. They usually occur just at the most inconvenient time, so make sure your life is interrupted to the extent possible. It can be very frustrating, and there is nothing worse than canceling plans to go out or just trying to enjoy a quite night with friends, or any number of other interactions social, just because you're having an outbreak.

As a result, most people with herpes, myself included, would like to know how eliminate herpes outbreaks rapidly and effectively. I found some methods that really work for me, and I can help a great too. Using some of these that I got in most cases to reduce the time needed for the outbreak to heal (my outbreaks can be very uncomfortable and long lasting, I've played days off The usual healing time with some of these methods).

Epsom salt baths, I have found are a great way to help heal herpes outbreaks. The hot water and one cup Epsom salts is incredibly relaxing and also helps with the itching and pain. Doing this once or twice (or as many times as you want or can manage) a day really helps to get the healing process goes.

Tea tree oil is another lifesaver. It may sting a bit, especially the first time I applied, but it is a wonderful antiseptic and healing agent. The application of this day in the morning and at night before bed made an incredible difference the time it takes for my herpes blisters heal.

Another topical product I just started using the lemon balm. They made me this wonderful thing for a friend, not only helps clarify the blisters of shingles, also reduces the swelling (I have terrible skin irritation and swelling around the groin during an outbreak of heavy) very quickly and calm irritated skin rashes.
