What are these little bumps, rash on my arm and how I can treat it?

I went to the beach for a week and spent almost all days in the sun on the beach. I wear sunscreen but apparently was not enough, I still burned everything. I have these bumps are very small at all high in the left arm. They do not bite unless you really play and have almost no color, only mixed with the skin. It almost seems as sun poisoning, but not really burn my arms so bad. What should I do?

I have the same problem my friend. The best thing to do is to use skin lotion. The reason I have them is because my body soap my skin dry, so I switched to Dove soap and body were in two or three weeks.
