tanning beds can cause facial rashes?

I went tanning a few months ago in a tanning bed when I got to the sides of my nose was extremely itchy so I scratched them peeling skin and that lasts. Since then I have dry skin, redness around my nose. went a little but not really. then a few weeks ago I went back and tan the same thing happened. the sides of my nose is tingling and itching. I have also developed a red rash around my mouth and other parts of my face .. what could this be?

maybe. but you know what that cause? much worse. Mata. What is it? Cancer.
