My six months old presents a red rash. Kind of looks like dry skin, it has gotten worse and worse in the last two days?

It's just in the arms (for elbows), a little patch on his lower back where the top daiper is, and in the back of his legs. Oh, not sure if this is related, but it controls red (face) as if it's like the cold. No fever, and nothing else for me to believe that she is as sick of the hospital. Yes, I I think it may be eczema. I have it so it could be that. Im putting in the paper on Monday to make sure only. I do not want to be thinking she is going to be well, and be something she needs to go to the emergency room.
