Question (s) on an MS …?

The mother of my husband is Systemic Sclerosis (aka Scleroderma) … Does anyone know a treatment? Are there specific doctors or hospitals that have to do with this, and where I can find them? Is there one in California or WI? What else is I supposed to know about it? Is it transferable by genes? How can effect men and children? Can a woman with systemic sclerosis conseive a child? If Yes or No, how or why not? I'm just trying to collect any additional information about this method so that I know what to say how to explain to everyone else. Thanks for all your help:)
