Rough and balls in triceps skin?
In the back of both arms (triceps) is not like a piece of sandpaper and rough skin. It's the same color of my skin, but still its just gross and kind of goosebump-y. It does not hurt at all, but its kind of annoying know it's there. Could it be a rash? Dry skin? Any ideas and suggestions to get rid of it?
take a shower …. scrub hard!
