Fever rash peeling skin
As peroxide skin reactions can have on a toddler whose cut finger was treated with it? red spot rash?

It raised his finger stuck in a final screen, when she was in her stroller I saw that and when I back up for all … pulled the finger out and peeled back a little skin. I put a bandage on it at the store then took it home and cleaned it with water and then put Neosporin. However, the day after next I cleaned with a cotton swab and peroxide and later that night his father noticed these little tiny red dots on your arm until your elbow. She has no fever and energy is the same playful smile and just the spots that has me alittle worried i am taking her to the doctors of tomorrow i just wanted to make this yet question there.

It is likely that the infection my son had the same thing happen a month or so ago that he had no fever and played as if nothing wrong but I know what the Dr and put on antibiotics. Tomorrow the mottling may appear to have some pus under them, but antibiotics will lower in a few days. Also you should soak the finger in salt and warm water ebsome that will help draw out any infection Good luck
