Is this an immune deficieny?

since march i have been having many recurring infections, like shinglesx3, appendicitis, constant sinus infections, weight fluctuation, anemia, acid reflux, frequent skin rashes, chronic sluggishness and vaginal infections. my doctor recommended me to an immuniologist because she thought it was unusual i would get shingles three times when im only 14 years old. also i got many infections when i was really young. im getting blood work done on monday but i was wondering if anyone knew what this might be? please help i dont want to be sick anymore!

Maybe lupus?
