My boyfriend has a severe rash?
The rash on both legs near the genital area, itching in, yellowish high cheese, red and smells very bad, sometimes it burns and sometimes painful urination. He has used anti-fungal drugs over a week without any improvement and using Neosporin cream that he says he feels better, but it will not disappear. Does anyone know what could be? He is a truck driver, there are a number free phone call to get medical advice?

Keep the area clean and dry, and maybe you should visit your doctor for a prescription. If you do not go to the doc, you should get yourself checked out only if you have given something.
