Rash (?) In the arms ..?
from below the elbow … small patches of raised skin its quite itchy too, I dn thnk is prime RingGuard ringworm does not help, theres a patch over his left arm, two on my right, and is poppin it up in my face too, is lke TINY TINY .. shock and smtimes gets itchy .. any clu what cud be?
