What is this? rash?
I've had a rash on the chest, neck and upper stomach back about a year. It's small spotty red rash. in the past few days I developed a scaly rash on the face (nose and eyelids) and cream aqueous E45 can not seem to handle this can anyone tell me what is and what to do about it? thanks ps I have psoriasis
