Skin welts rash

Tattoo rash?
I got a tattoo that seemed to be healing well. It was through scaling and looked good. 10 days flower colors in my tattoo has serious swollen – raised as hives and itching in hell. The black pieces were fine. 3 days later, I went to the doctor, who said he just put hydrocortisone on it, and allergy pills (I'm taking loratadine). I used Aveeno hydrocortisone type and Aveeno lotion Skin Relief. The swelling is reduced, but all my tattoo has become a rash with itching. The rash has spread even to the skin that is not tattooed. I had this problem erupted for 7 days now. What I can do for relief? Is this going to disappear?!
I had the same problem except that exploded in a horrible rash from the A & D ointment. Surprisingly my tattoo not bite, but my lower legs (below my tattoos in both legs) broke out in itchy bumps and then my legs and finally broke my arms. This is what I did: Use a paste of oatmeal on the skin (not in my tattooing, not knowing how it would effect) of just grinding oatmeal in blender then add water to make a paste. I put this on my skin and leave it for 10-15 minutes and wash. I did it before bed and helped with the itching at night. Then use cold witch hazel (again NOT on my tattoo, not sure how would react) and, finally, a skin lotion that is free sesitive fragrance. It also invested in some aloe for my legs and arms (and not the new tattoo the same reasons as mentioned above). What finally helped the itching and is good for the tattoo, so is the emu oil. I took some up in local markets of farmers last Saturday. You only need 2-4 drops for an entire area. I learned that it's great for tattoos, as it holds moisture, does not clog pores and maintains the color that looks great! It also relieves the legs and arms itchy rash healed me! In addition, the main thing that kept telling myself NO SCRATCH no matter how much it itches. If the urge to scratch is too large to hit the area I would like my skin itched. This usually makes the feeling disappears. I hope this has helped you some!
