Allergy question?

I’ve noticed that everytime I use soy sauce, a headache kicks in a few hours after and lasts until I sleep it off. This has happened about 4 times now and it’s something I’ve noted because I never get headaches normally. Does this mean I’m allergic to soy sauce? I always thought allergies caused redness of skin, bloatedness, swellings and rashes etc not headaches.
sorry- I should’ve been more clear. Everytime I use soy sauce in cooking, that is

MSG (azinomoto) causes headaches. These are called side effects not necessarily be due to allergies.
